Summary

To fulfill its mission, the Lindbergh Foundation administers several awards and events each year. The Foundation offers the Lindbergh Award to an individual for his or her significant contributions toward the Lindbergh's vision of a balance between technological advancement and environmental preservation. An annual event is held around the time in May when Lindbergh took-off on his famous New York-to-Paris flight, and takes place in different cities around the United States.

The Foundation also sponsors other educational events that advance the shared vision of balance held by Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh. Periodically, the Foundation invites Lindbergh grant recipients to participate in educational symposiums or special programs to educate others in their particular field of study. These forums take place primarily in the Little Falls, Minnesota, community and schools.
